Property Setup & Investment

Where a landlord does not wish to:

  • Furnish the property
  • Invest in preparing the property for serviced accommodation
  • Operate a higher-yield strategy themselves

Suburban Property Services Ltd (“the Company”) may, at its sole discretion:

  • Fund or arrange the furnishing and setup of the property; or
  • Introduce or facilitate a third-party investor to fund such setup

In such cases:

  • Any investment is subject to separate written agreements
  • The landlord has no automatic entitlement to furnishings or setup assets unless agreed in writing
  • The Company is not obligated to provide funding or introduce an investor
  • Third-party arrangements are independent, and we accept no liability for them

  • Rental income beyond contractual agreements
  • Property performance or profitability
  • Availability of investors

2.3 Deal Sourcing

Where we provide deal sourcing:

  • We act solely as an introducer of opportunities
