Mike and Danielle bring a rare blend of practical property experience, business ownership, hospitality management, and hands-on operational expertise to Airbnb and short-term rental management.

With over 20 years in construction management, Mike has a strong understanding of property standards, maintenance, contractor coordination, safety, presentation, and the importance of protecting long-term asset value. Alongside Danielle, he has also owned and operated successful businesses, including a recording and rehearsal studio and a music tuition academy in Essex, giving them first-hand experience in customer service, scheduling, team organisation, marketing, and running busy service-led businesses.

More recently, Mike and Danielle spent five years working with the Caravan and Motorhome Club, managing major UK touring sites including Edinburgh, one of the busiest locations in the network, and New England Bay near Stranraer in Scotland. The Club is one of Europe’s oldest, largest, and most respected touring organisations, and the role required the smooth day-to-day running of high-occupancy sites, guest relations, bookings, arrivals, facilities, cleanliness standards, maintenance, staff coordination, problem-solving, and consistently delivering a positive guest experience.
